d2i for Nurse Leadership
You got where you are because you are good at what you do. Now you are charged with helping others to be as good as you. But, you can't be everywhere, or be everything to everybody. It is one thing to be sure all your patients have been assigned, report has been taken, and the next shift has taken over. It is another thing entirely to know that your staff is meeting quality measures or that you are in compliance with clinical protocols. These things have always mattered because nursing is a profession, however, today, they matter more because they will impact your hospital's reimbursement and CMS hospital compare standings.
